"Hollis Tech," "we," and "us" mean Hollis Tech of Florence, AL. You can reach us at hello@hollistech.ai or 256-710-1212.
Using this site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and to contact us about real questions or work.
- Don't send spam, try to break or overload the site, get around its limits, or collect information from it with automated tools.
- Only send us information you have the right to share. Never send passwords or logins through the site.
Appointments and requests
- Booking an appointment or sending a request doesn't commit you or us to any paid work.
- If you need to change or cancel an appointment, email or call us and let us know as early as you can.
- We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If we do, we'll contact you using the details you gave us.
- We aim to reply to requests within one business day, but we can't guarantee it.
Our services
The site describes our services in general terms. If you hire us for paid work, the written quote or agreement for that work controls, and it wins over these terms if they conflict.
AI features
Some of our tools, such as website chat and AI receptionists, use artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, so don't rely on an automated reply for anything important without confirming it with us.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and images on this site belong to Hollis Tech or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Other services and links
The site relies on outside services, such as Google Calendar for bookings, and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for other companies' services or websites. Our Privacy Policy lists the services that handle your information.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information on the site is general and isn't professional advice for your situation. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows: (a) Hollis Tech isn't responsible for indirect, incidental, or unexpected losses that come from using this site, such as lost profits or lost data; and (b) our total responsibility for any claim about this site is limited to $100.
This doesn't limit our responsibility for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Paid work is covered by your written quote or agreement with us, not by this section.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lauderdale County, Alabama, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring it elsewhere. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the dates at the top. Changes apply from their effective date and don't apply to a dispute already raised.
